Russ Parrish, Owner and Principal at Russ Parrish Consulting LLC (RPC), is a distinguished professional in the fields of maintenance, operations, engineering, and reliability.  Certified in Six Sigma (Black Belt and Lean), Maintenance and Reliability (CRLBB, CRL, and CMRP), Project Management (PMO), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM); Russ brings a wealth of expertise and a commitment to excellence to each of his endeavors.  His career began in the US Navy where he served as a submarine electrician and achieved the rank of Chief Electrician's Mate (E-7).  This foundational experience instilled in him a rigorous work ethics and a deep understanding of complex systems.  In his professional journey, Russ has held senior management roles across various industries, including Corporate Real Estate, SaaS software deployment, and manufacturing.  He has spearheaded numerous corporate initiatives in reliability and maintenance, consistently demonstrating his leadership and vision.

Russ's academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology/Nuclear Technology, a Master of Arts in Informational Systems Management, and a Master of Business Administration.  These academic pursuits, along with his career experience and certifications have equipped him with a unique and eclectic blend of skills from technical knowledge to business acumen.
